7-Minute Chocolate Cake Draft

A chocolate and butter cake with nuts that I mix up in a few minutes, bake and then chill in the fridge.

How I make it

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.

  2. In a mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla for a few minutes, until pale.

  3. Add the butter and chocolate mixture and keep beating.

  4. Add the nuts, and the flour last.

  5. Grease a 10-inch (26 cm) pan and dust it with sugar and cocoa.

  6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 50 minutes.

  7. Refrigerate the cake.
