A simple oil cake with orange or pomelo juice and coconut, mixed entirely in the food processor.

How I make it

Process the oil, sugar and eggs in a food processor with the steel blade until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake for 45 minutes.
