Food Processor Apple Cake Draft

How I make it

Batter

1. Process the butter, sugar and vanilla in a food processor.

2. Add the eggs one at a time.

3. Add the milk. Stop the processor, add the flour and pulse briefly until smooth.

Apple topping

1. Meanwhile, dice the apples.

2. Cook all the topping ingredients in a skillet for about 7 minutes, until the apples are coated in caramel.

Assembly and baking

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Grease a rectangular glass baking dish and spread in the batter.

3. Drain the apples, saving the juices, and arrange the apples over the batter.

4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

5. Take it out and brush the cake with the apple juices.
