Ingredients: 1 large egg; 8 squares of bittersweet or milk chocolate; 1 tbsp sweetened chocolate drink powder (level); 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (level); 2 tbsp milk; 2 tbsp sugar; 1 tbsp self-rising flour; 1 tbsp vegetable oil

A small chocolate cake I stir together with a spoon and bake in the microwave in under two minutes, for when I want something sweet fast.

How I make it

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute.
Add the egg, sugar, oil and milk and stir with a spoon (not a mixer) until evenly colored.
Stir in the cocoa and drink powder, then the flour last.
Grease a microwave-safe dish, pour in the batter and microwave for about 80 seconds.
