Quick Apple Cake Draft

A simple apple cake where the batter goes over tart apples and raisins and gets a cinnamon-sugar topping. I make it when I want a cake without much work.

How I make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Peel, core and cut up the apples.

  3. Butter a baking pan and spread the apples and raisins in it.

  4. Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl until smooth and soft.

  5. Pour the batter over the apples.

  6. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden.
