Ingredients: 5½ oz margarine; 1 cup sugar; 3 large eggs; 2 cups self-rising flour; 1 tsp baking powder; ½ cup plain yogurt (about one Israeli container); 5–6 pieces of fruit of different kinds (diced)

A simple stirred cake with yogurt and diced fruit of several kinds, good for whatever fruit is in the house.

How I make it

Mix the sugar with the margarine, then add the eggs.
Add the flour (with the baking powder) alternately with the yogurt.
Fold in the fruit by hand.
Bake at 325-350°F (160-180°C) for about 45 minutes.
