Quick Nutella Cookies Draft

My quick butter and Nutella cookies, five ingredients in the mixer and about 10 minutes in the oven.

How I make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a mixer, beat the softened butter with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the vanilla and Nutella and mix until smooth.

  4. On low speed, add the flour and mix until combined.

  5. Scoop small rounds with a teaspoon and place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until set.

  7. Let the cookies rest on the sheet for 2 minutes, then move them to a rack to cool completely, about 10 minutes.

  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
