Quick Pecan Cookies Draft

Butter pecan cookies I make in one bowl, press flat with my thumb and dust with powdered sugar after baking.

How I make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Mix all the dough ingredients in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment until uniform.

  3. Shape into 1¼-inch (3 cm) balls, press each with your thumb and space evenly on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Dust with powdered sugar.
