Vanilla Ice Cream Draft

A parve no-churn vanilla ice cream from whipped non-dairy cream, egg yolks and instant pudding that I whip up and put straight into the freezer.

How I make it

  1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar.

  2. Beat in the yolks along with the pudding mix.

  3. Whip the whites with the cup of sugar and fold them in.

  4. Freeze.

What I've learned

  • I serve it with melted bittersweet chocolate or with strawberries.
