Name: Beef Patties
Ingredients: 4 slices bread; 1 lb ground beef; 1 medium onion; 4 cloves garlic (crushed); 2 tbsp chopped parsley; 2 large eggs; ¼ cup breadcrumbs (for coating); salt and pepper (to taste); oil for frying

Pan-fried beef patties I make from ground beef, soaked bread, garlic and parsley, coated in breadcrumbs.

How I make it

Soak the bread in water, squeeze it out well and put it in a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, and mix until evenly combined.
Shape into patties and coat in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil on both sides until cooked through.
