Chocolate-Dipped Berry Ice Pops Draft

Berry and cream ice pops that I blend, freeze and dip in a bittersweet or white chocolate ganache.

How I make it

Ice pops

  1. Put the berries, sugar, cream and vanilla in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

  2. Pour into silicone molds, making sure the mixture is packed in well, and push a stick into the center of each.

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Coating

  1. Bring the cream to a boil, pour it over the chocolate, wait a minute and stir until smooth.

  2. Working quickly, dip each pop in the coating, shake off the excess chocolate and return to the freezer.
