Blueberry Brioche Buns Draft
Individual brioche buns with fresh blueberries pressed into the dough, baked in a muffin pan until browned.

What you need

How I make it
Put the flour, yeast, sugar, vanilla, eggs and salt in a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Knead for 5 minutes.
Add the butter cubes and knead until they are absorbed and the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and press the blueberries into it.
Cover and let rise for about 1 1/2 hours, until doubled.
Knead the dough again and let it rise a second time.
Divide the dough into 10-12 balls and put each one in a cup of a muffin pan. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix the yolks with the milk and brush each ball.
Bake for 25 minutes, until browned.
