Pepper and Mozzarella Calzones Draft
Quick calzones from store-bought pizza dough, filled with sautéed peppers, herbs and mozzarella. With no dough to make, they're ready in half an hour.

How I make it
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion for 2 minutes.
Add the garlic and peppers and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and the herbs.
Unroll the dough onto parchment paper.
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces. Top each with filling and a quarter of the cheese.
Fold the dough diagonally into a triangle and press to seal.
Place the triangles on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
