How I make it

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Whip the egg whites with 1/2 cup of the sugar to stiff peaks.
Mix the yolks, butter, remaining sugar and cocoa until smooth.
Slowly add the milk and the flour.
Gently fold the two mixtures together.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
