Ingredients: 5¼ oz butter, softened; 1¼ cups sugar; 6 large eggs (separated); 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour; 1 package baking powder (1 packet (about 2½ tsp)); 2½ oz bittersweet chocolate, grated; 1 lemon (juice and zest); vanilla extract (a few drops); 3 tbsp cocoa powder; 5 oz unsweetened shredded coconut; ½ cup strong coffee, cooled

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Beat the butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour, baking powder, chocolate, lemon juice and zest, vanilla, cocoa and coconut into a smooth batter.

Whip the egg whites and fold them into the batter.

Pour into a pan and bake for about 40 minutes, until golden.

Right after baking, pour the coffee over the cake and serve.
