No-Mixer Chocolate Cake Draft

A chocolate cake I make in one pot without a mixer, then pour a chocolate cream glaze over while it's still warm.

How I make it

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar, chocolate and milk until smooth, then take off the heat.

  2. Stir in the butter until it melts.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring until smooth.

  4. Stir in the flour last.

  5. Pour into a greased 10-inch (26 cm) pan.

  6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30-40 minutes.

  7. Melt the chocolate and cream for the topping in a saucepan and pour over the warm cake.
