How I make it
Biscuit base
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate, cream, cocoa, vanilla and sugar, stirring until smooth.
Put the biscuits in a bag and break them into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
Transfer the crushed biscuits to a bowl, pour the chocolate mixture over and mix well.
Spread the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper into a 10x14-inch (25x35 cm) rectangle. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Filling
In a mixer bowl, beat the pudding mix, milk and cream until firm.
Turn the base so a long side faces you and spread the cream over three quarters of it, leaving the far edge bare.
Rolling and glazing
Roll up from the near side toward the bare edge, using the parchment to keep the roll tight, and peel the paper away.
Chill the roll for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, melt the glaze chocolate and cream in the microwave and stir until smooth.
Pour the warm glaze over the roll, decorate with sprinkles, slice and serve.
