Rich Chocolate Cake with Grand Marnier Draft
A dark chocolate and butter cake with very little flour, a splash of Grand Marnier and whipped egg whites, cooled inside the turned-off oven.

How I make it
Melt the chocolate and butter over very low heat.
Remove from the heat and add the yolks one at a time, stirring well after each.
Add the flour, salt and Grand Marnier.
Whip the egg whites well, adding the lemon juice and sugar as you go.
Fold the whipped whites into the chocolate mixture.
Grease a 10-inch (26 cm) pan and spread the batter in it.
Heat the oven to a low 300°F (150°C) and bake for 10 minutes.
Raise the heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 25 minutes more.
Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside.
