How I make it

Melt the chocolate with the butter and let cool slightly.
Whip the egg whites with the salt to stiff peaks.
Beat the yolks with the sugar. Add the flour, the chocolate-butter mixture, the cocoa and the vanilla and mix until smooth.
Fold the whipped whites into the chocolate mixture.
Bake at 230°F (110°C) for 40-45 minutes.
