Ingredients: 7 tbsp butter, cubed; 1 cup brown sugar; 3 large eggs; 1¼ cups containers sour cream (about 300 ml (1 1/4 cups), from 200 ml containers); 2 tsp vanilla extract; 2 cups self-rising flour; 1 tsp salt; ⅓ cup walnuts or pecans; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; ¼ cup brown sugar; 3½ oz good bittersweet chocolate; 3½ tbsp butter, melted

How I make it

In a mixer or food processor, beat the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the sour cream and vanilla, then gradually the flour and salt.
Grease a pan and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Chop the chocolate to the size of chocolate chips. In a bowl, mix the nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate.
Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the nut mixture. Top with the rest of the batter and the rest of the nuts.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top and bake for 40 minutes.
