Three-Layer Chocolate Cake Draft
A no-bake cake in three layers, a crunchy cornflake and white chocolate base, a dark chocolate cream and a chocolate glaze, that I make ahead and keep in the fridge.

How I make it
Base
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
Crush the cornflakes and mix them into the chocolate. Add the hazelnuts and mix.
Spread the mixture in a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
Chocolate cream
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks and transfer to another bowl.
In the same mixer bowl, beat the yolks and sugar for 5 minutes, until pale and fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate and vanilla, then fold in the whipped cream.
Pour over the cornflake layer and chill for at least 1 hour.
Glaze
Warm the chocolate and milk in a small pot, stirring, until smooth. Let cool.
When the glaze is completely cool, pour it over the cake and chill for another hour.
