White Chocolate Blueberry Mousse Draft
A simple white chocolate and cream mousse set with gelatin and studded with blueberries, poured into individual glasses and chilled until set.

How I make it
Pour the water into a small bowl or cup, sprinkle the gelatin over it and wait until it absorbs the water.
Heat the chocolate and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add the gelatin and stir for 1 minute, until it melts into the liquid.
Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and whisk for 3 minutes, or until it cools.
Stir in the blueberries and pour into 6 greased serving glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 45-60 minutes, until the mousse sets.
What I've learned
- When I have them, I serve it with extra blueberries on top.
