Chocolate-Filled Yeast Dumpling Cake Draft
A yeast cake of small dumplings filled with Nutella and chocolate, baked snug together in one pan and dusted with powdered sugar.

How I make it
Dough
Put all the dough ingredients in a stand mixer bowl and knead with the dough hook for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled.
Shaping and baking
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Turn the dough out onto a floured counter, knead it briefly and roll it into a square about ½ inch (1 cm) thick.
Mark 16 squares and put a heaping teaspoon of Nutella or a chocolate square on each, alternating.
Pull the dough up over the filling to close each square into a dumpling.
Arrange the dumplings side by side, seam down, in a greased 11-inch (28 cm) round pan.
Let rise again in the pan until doubled.
Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and pour it over the dumplings.
Put the pan in the oven, lower the heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for about 25 minutes, until golden.
Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
