How I make it
Put the wings in a pot, cover with water by about 1 inch (2 cm) and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 12 minutes, until the wings are cooked through. Drain and set aside to cool.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, oil, sesame seeds, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add the wings and toss to coat. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the wings are browned and the sauce clings well. Take out carefully and serve right away.
What I've learned
- I can simmer the wings up to two days ahead.
