Chocolate, Walnut and Honey Cookies Draft
Honey cookies packed with walnuts, dark and white chocolate and brandy-soaked raisins, mixed in the food processor and baked until the edges brown.

How I make it
Put the raisins in a small bowl, pour the brandy over them and soak overnight.
Drain the raisins well.
In a food processor, blend the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and honey.
Add the egg and process for about 1 minute.
Add the raisins, walnuts, white chocolate, bittersweet chocolate and flour, and process until evenly combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then grease and flour it.
Scoop the dough with a spoon and place the cookies 2 inches (5 cm) apart on the sheet.
Flatten the cookies slightly with a wet hand.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, until the edges brown.
Let cool and serve.
