Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes Draft
Chicken and potatoes in a paprika, honey and soy sauce, all in one pan in the oven. A whole meal without much work.

What you need
How I make it
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Peel the potatoes, rinse well and cut into ¾-inch (2 cm) cubes.
Rinse the chicken well and let it drain in a colander.
In a large bowl, mix the paprika, garlic, honey, soy sauce and olive oil into a sauce.
Add the chicken and potatoes and mix thoroughly with your hands until every piece is coated.
Spread the chicken and potatoes evenly in a baking pan, without piling them up, so every piece gets even heat.
Bake for 1 hour.
For extra-crispy potatoes, switch to convection and bake about 20 minutes more, checking now and then. For softer potatoes, bake 10 minutes more without convection.
What I've learned
- I serve it with a chopped vegetable salad on the side.
