Ingredients: 1⅛ lb turkey shawarma meat or dark turkey meat; 1 onion; 1 package of mushrooms (about 8 oz); 1 green bell pepper; 1 red bell pepper; 2 carrots; 2 potatoes; 1 can tomato paste; 1 tbsp chicken soup powder; 1¾ cups water

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In an ovenproof pot, sauté the vegetables, then add the turkey and brown it.

Add the tomato paste, soup powder and water.

Bring to a boil on the stove.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 1½ hours, covered for the first hour.
